I thought this was an easy service at first, until I received my downloaded documents. I wanted to make some changes to the documents and I tried and tried and was unable. I thought that was horrible because I wasted a lot of time, now I am going back and filling the interview out again hoping that will be quicker than emailing a case manager, which is what I was told to do. Do not be decieved by false advertising! I already paid extra money to finish this servic too, because I was "too slow." I believe this company takes advantage of people who are going through difficult times. I did not get the type of help online that I thought, and I also got weird pop-up ads during the use of this website. BE AWARE!!!
